Around Christmas, the centre is gorgeous with all the lights and reflections, and in summer you can kayak around the city through the canals.The house is clean — no‑shoes‑inside policy. Tidy, clean up once done, sink always clear. There are also a lot of windows that keep it breathing and give it a warm vibe with all the light coming through.I'm 32, a working professional with a film degree. I work remotely three times a week and I'm off on weekends. You're more than welcome to work from home at the same time; the living room is spacious enough for that, though not the bedroom available for rent, unless you find a way to squeeze things around.I'm looking for someone temporarily — minimum 8 months, maximum 1 year. We can discuss if you need to stay longer, just make sure to bring it up. Ideally you're around the same age as me, a student or working professional. Non‑smoker.
