WoningAlert is a platform that aggregates rental listings, computes a personal match score, sends alerts and offers an AI scam check. We are not an agent or landlord and are not a party to rental agreements.
Using the platform
You use WoningAlert for your own home search. You provide accurate data and do not use the service for unlawful purposes or automated scraping.
Match score & scam check
The match score and scam check are tools based on available data and AI. They are indicative and not a guarantee. Always take your own precautions, such as a physical viewing before any payment.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Report misuse immediately.
Premium & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Terms and prices are on the pricing page. You can cancel per the conditions stated there.
Liability
We strive for a reliable service but cannot guarantee that listings are complete, accurate or fraud-free. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and the service from time to time. We communicate important changes in advance.
