A short walk from the food and cultural hub at De Hallen, surrounded by fantastic local cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, with excellent tram connections right around the corner.Living Environment & Lifestyle Compatibility: This is a peaceful, clean, and organized home. I value my downtime and respect personal space, but I am also down for a friendly chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine once in a while.To give you an idea of my routine: I primarily work from home, keep things tidy, go to the gym daily, and am out with friends multiple nights a week. I very rarely have guests over and prefer a quiet environment with no visitors, so I am looking for a roommate who has a similar approach to guests.My schedule is quite consistent: I usually retire to my room in the early evening, am asleep by 23:00, and wake up around 08:00.
